Manly Salsa Membership Payments Explained

Payment Provider: Square Payments
When you sign up to a membership your payments are processed automatically through Square Payments for the duration of the current term and ongoing until cancelled or they expire at the end of the year.

Once your recurring series is active, Square securely stores your payment details and charges your card automatically based on the agreed schedule.
You do not need to re-enter your details for each payment.

Access and visibility
Square does not provide customers with a dedicated login or dashboard to independently manage, edit, pause, or cancel recurring series invoices. You may be able to view invoice links or receipts via emails sent by Square, but these links are view-only and do not allow changes to the subscription.

Cancellations and changes
Your membership cannot be cancelled, paused, or modified by the customer directly through Square once they are active.

All cancellation requests must be submitted directly to Manly Salsa. Cancellations apply from the end of the current 5-week term only. No mid-term cancellations or partial refunds are available.

To request cancellation for the next term, you must contact us before the end of your current term. If no cancellation request is received, the recurring series will continue into the next term automatically.

Failed payments
If a scheduled payment fails, Square may attempt to retry the charge automatically. Continued failed payments may result in temporary suspension of class access until payment is resolved.

We reserve the right to pause or cancel access if payments remain outstanding.

What you cannot do
You cannot:

• Log in to Square to manage or cancel your recurring series

• Cancel, pause, or edit payments yourself but you can do that through us 

• Request refunds for payments already processed

• Cancel mid-term

By paying setting up your memebership with Manly Salsa and indirect through Square Payments, you acknowledge and accept these terms and authorise Manly Salsa to process direct debits in line with the agreed schedule and term structure.
