Course Overview
Join solo or partnered, all levels of experience welcome with absolute beginners joining level 1 Salsa & Level 1 Bachata.
Every class challenges you to learn one or more new moves, dance with different partners and enjoy lots of dancing opportunities.
Our courses are split into clear levels starting at Level 1 for absolute beginners and progressing through to Levels 4 and 5 for experienced dancers.

Manly Salsa Team is the best place to learn and have fun. The team is super friendly and I have been learning both Salsa and Bachata. For Salsa Rich and Olivia really go above and beyond to teach the team. In Bachata- Natalya and Mehran are so passionate and the best in Sydney to learn from. The socials add a plus to practice and the teachers encourage going together with the team but also organise Salsation and School Bachata socials. Highly recommend!

Salsa doesn’t check birth certificates. If you can walk, you can Salsa. Our students range from 18 to 60+
If you are under 18 we would like you to join with a parent either in the class or present during the lesson as this is usually for adults not kids.

No. We change partners throughout the lesson. 80% of students come without a partner.
From our experience we see a lot of introverts dancing Salsa & Bachata.
The reason they feel so good dancing is because everyone’s focused on dancing.
No body needs to be a stand up comedian to dance. It’s about dancing not public speaking.
Every dancer you’ve admired once stood exactly where you’re standing now… at the start.
We will teach you all the basics step-by-step. It’s all good. We are here for you.
Don’t worry. We got you sorted. We teach everyone musicality and how to hear the rhythm. It’s definitely something you can develop over time.
