Description

Level 3 Salsa is for students who have completed Level 2 and are ready to work with more complex material. No partner is required, all ages are welcome and classes are taught in a fun, friendly and easy going environment with simple, step by step instruction. If you do not enjoy the course, we offer a money back guarantee.

To join Level 3, students must be comfortable with all Level 2 content. This includes right turn variations, cross body lead variations, left turns, enchufla, walk throughs, and travelling turns including left, right and outside turns, with solid timing, rhythm, and partner connection.

Level 3 builds on these foundations by introducing more complex versions of Level 2 material alongside additional movements and concepts. All partnerwork is based on complicated variations of Level 2 moves, with increased emphasis on flow, control and musical interpretation.

New material introduced at this level includes moves such as Titanic, Around the World, rondes, hook turns, copa, enrosca, wraps, barrel rolls, windmills, and interrupted turns with multiple variations of all previous turns. Classes also include more advanced styling, including hand tosses and hair combs, as well as more challenging shines and solo footwork.

Level 3 focuses on developing confidence with complexity, improving responsiveness between partners, and expanding your ability to adapt movements to different music and partners.

If you are unsure whether Level 3 is the right level for you, please speak with your teachers at the end of your course and they will be happy to guide you on the best progression path.
